2025/26 Policy:
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings made via phone, email, or online are considered provisional until confirmed by the hotel.
Payment is required 7 days from creation, to secure the booking.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: From 15:00. Self check-in is required after 19:00
Check-Out Time: By 10:00 AM.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for any refunds.
4. Payment Policy
Credit card payments can be made via the link on your guest page.
Payment in Japanese yen can be made via bank transfer, the account details are listed on the invoice on your guest page.
5. Special Requests
Special requests, such as room preferences (e.g., bed type, room allocation), will be accommodated based on availability, but cannot be guaranteed.
6. Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces. Designated smoking areas are provided outside the building. A cleaning fee will be charged if guests violate the smoking policy.
7. Pet Policy
We do not allow guests to bring their pets onto the premises.
8. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the guest's stay, except as required by law. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
9. Modifications to Bookings
Modifications to a reservation are subject to availability and may require a change in the room rate. Any changes should be made well in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
10. Special circumstances (Force Majeure)
The hotel will not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions. No refunds will be issued for disruptions due to weather conditions or early season closings of ski facilities.
